Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked, Lynca Meats pulled pork
  • 1 packet uncooked pasta
  • 1 cup Napoletana sauce
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • Parmesan cheese for topping
method
  1. Combine Napoletana sauce, tomato paste, and barbecue sauce in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. Add seasoning and fresh herbs.
  2. Stir in pulled pork.
  3. Leave the sauce to simmer and cook pasta according to the package directions.
  4. When pasta is ready, drain and toss with the pulled pork sauce. Top with parmesan cheese, serve and enjoy!
