What do you get when you mix pulled pork and pasta? A mouth-watering masterpiece!
- 2 cups cooked, Lynca Meats pulled pork
- 1 packet uncooked pasta
- 1 cup Napoletana sauce
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- Parmesan cheese for topping
- Combine Napoletana sauce, tomato paste, and barbecue sauce in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. Add seasoning and fresh herbs.
- Stir in pulled pork.
- Leave the sauce to simmer and cook pasta according to the package directions.
- When pasta is ready, drain and toss with the pulled pork sauce. Top with parmesan cheese, serve and enjoy!
