Ingredients
  • 500g Lynca Meats pork, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp green curry paste
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • ¼ cup cucumber, chopped
  • ½ pack coriander, chopped
  • 4 Little Gem lettuces, leaves separated
method
  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the pork for 8 – 10 mins or until cooked through.
  2. Stir in the green curry paste, adding 2 tbsp water, then cook for another minute.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the lime juice, red onion and fish sauce.
  4. Spoon the pork into the lettuce leaves and garnish with cucumber and coriander.
