- 500g Lynca Meats streaky bacon
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- Coarse sea salt
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Bake the bacon until crispy. Drain the fat and allow to cool.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a bowl.
- Dip the bacon in the chocolate and top with sea salt. Set aside until the chocolate sets.
