Once you try this salad, you’ll never want to eat anything else. The combination of sweet pear, rich ham and buttery blue cheese is irresistible.
- 50g Lynca Meats ham, thinly sliced
- 30g baby spinach
- 1 ripe pear
- 40g blue cheese
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Rinse and dry the baby spinach. Peel and thinly slice the pear lengthways, removing the seeds and core.
- Place the baby spinach on a large plate. Top with ham, pear slices and cubed or crumbled blue cheese.
- Mix vinegar with olive oil and pour evenly over the salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
