This Pork Bowl is a must when you need a put together a hassle-free, hearty weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
  • 500g Lynca Meats ground pork
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 spring onion stalks, chopped
  • ½ cup corn
  • ½ cup red kidney beans
  • 1 cup rice of your choice, cooked according to package instructions
method
  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add pork, ginger and garlic and fry until it has turned brown.
  2. Stir in soy sauce, add kidney beans and corn, and allow to simmer for 2 – 3 minutes.
  3. Toss in the chopped spring onion and cook for another minute before removing from heat.
  4. Place rice in a bowl, add some pork on top and enjoy!
