This Pork Bowl is a must when you need a put together a hassle-free, hearty weeknight dinner.


500g Lynca Meats ground pork
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 spring onion stalks, chopped
½ cup corn
½ cup red kidney beans
1 cup rice of your choice, cooked according to package instructions


  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add pork, ginger and garlic and fry until it has turned brown.
  2. Stir in soy sauce, add kidney beans and corn, and allow to simmer for 2 – 3 minutes.
  3. Toss in the chopped spring onion and cook for another minute before removing from heat.
  4. Place rice in a bowl, add some pork on top and enjoy!
