Feeling for something warm and comforting? This hearty Pork and Noodle Soup will hit the spot.
- 500g Lynca Meats pork loin, cubed
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Put oil in a pot and heat over medium-high heat. Add pork, garlic and ginger and fry until pork is brown.
- Stir in broth, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes. Stir in noodles and bok choy and simmer uncovered until noodles are tender.
