Whether you make it ahead of time and freeze it or whip it up fresh, this is one of those dishes that you can’t get wrong.
- 1kg Lynca Meats ground pork
- 4 tbsp red onion
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients together and roll into balls.
- Place on a baking sheet until ready to cook.
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add the meatballs. Fry until nicely browned.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake another 10 minutes until cooked through.
