Cooking Pork Belly in an Air Fryer

Here’s a simple step-by-step guide:
Ingredients:
Pork belly (sliced or whole, skin on)
Salt and pepper (or your favourite seasoning)
Olive oil

Instructions:
Prepare the Pork Belly:
Pat the pork belly dry with paper towels. This helps get the skin extra crispy.
Score the skin with a sharp knife (carefully make shallow cuts).
Rub the Pork belly with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any additional spices or herbs you like (e.g., garlic, paprika).
Cook the Pork Belly:
Place the Pork belly in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
Cook for crispy skin at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 160°C and cook for another 20-30 minutes until the Pork is tender and cooked through.
Rest and Serve:
Once cooked, let the Pork belly rest for 10 minutes before slicing to retain the juices.
