We take our pulled pork very seriously. Say no to dry, stringy meat. Follow our recipe for fool-proof succulent and tender Pulled Pork Tacos.
Ingredients
  • 0.5kg Lynca Meats pork roast from our pickled range
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Hard taco shells
  • 1 large lime
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Diced onion
  • 1 avocado, peeled and cubed
  • Red Cabbage
method
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Transfer the pickled pork to a medium casserole dish. Cover with a lid and place in the oven for 4-5 hrs or until the pork is very tender and falls apart.
  2. Drain the pork in a colander, keeping aside the juices. Shred the pork with a fork and then drizzle over 4-5 tbsp of the juices and a squeeze of lime.
  3. Fill the taco shells with pulled pork then garnish with coriander, diced onion, avo and red cabbage. Serve and enjoy!
