- 0.5kg Lynca Meats pork roast from our pickled range
- ¼ tsp salt
- Hard taco shells
- 1 large lime
- Chopped cilantro
- Diced onion
- 1 avocado, peeled and cubed
- Red Cabbage
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Transfer the pickled pork to a medium casserole dish. Cover with a lid and place in the oven for 4-5 hrs or until the pork is very tender and falls apart.
- Drain the pork in a colander, keeping aside the juices. Shred the pork with a fork and then drizzle over 4-5 tbsp of the juices and a squeeze of lime.
- Fill the taco shells with pulled pork then garnish with coriander, diced onion, avo and red cabbage. Serve and enjoy!
