Get a taste for tropical flavours with these refreshingly tangy Pineapple Pork Chops.
- 1 Lynca Meats pork fillet
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 500g fresh spinach
- 250g feta cheese
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1½ cup dry white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Twine to wrap
- Mix the pineapple juice, soy sauce, and honey together.
- Add in the spring onion, chives and garlic. Season to taste.
- Marinate the pork chops with the marinade in the fridge for two hours.
- Drain the chops and braai over medium to low coals while basting with the leftover marinade.
