- 4kg Lynca Meats Pork Loin, cut into chunks
- ½ medium pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- kosher salt and black pepper
- ¼ cup honey
- Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for at least 10 minutes.
- Thread the pork, pineapple, onion, and tomatoes onto the skewers. Season with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
- Place the skewers on the braai, turning once and brushing occasionally with the honey, until browned – about 8 to 10 minutes.
